What You'll Do

From experiential to digital, from creative ideation to revenue opportunities, you'll strengthen your expertise across the full marketing mix.

What You'll Bring

 We're looking for someone who is:

  • Skilled across the marketing mix, particularly experiential and digital
  • Experienced working with multiple brands (agency, in‑house or rights-holder experience welcome)
  • Creative in their approach to problem solving and activation development
  • Assured when navigating challenges while maintaining strong relationships
  • Commercially sharp, spotting and growing revenue opportunities
  • Results-focused, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong at prioritising and managing multiple projects with calm efficiency

Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We are open to flexible working conversations.

We'll give you a thorough induction on how we work at AEG. Our induction and onboarding programme is a great way to meet other new starters and to learn about our culture and values. We will give you training in our systems, policies, and procedures so that you'll be set up for success. From the moment new employees join us, they're welcomed with open arms and a plethora of exciting perks.
