As our Front of House Manager, you'll run the show behind the scenes – making sure every visitor, artist and guest enjoys a world-class experience.

What you'll be doing 

Running the operation

  • Oversee the full Front of House experience – including all bars, the VIP Lounge, cloakroom and merchandise.
  • Duty manage events, working with visiting event teams and writing clear event reports.

Bars, stock & finance

  • Take ownership of bar stock and controls – from purchase through to sale – including stocktakes, line checks and transfers.
  • Manage financial performance across bars, cloakroom and merchandise, working closely with the Regional General Manager to hit budgets and targets.

People & culture

  • Support, recruit and develop our Front of House team – building a culture that's positive, inclusive and collaborative.
  • Manage the Deputy FOH Manager, setting clear objectives and giving them space to grow.
  • Keep everything running behind the scenes too – rotas, absence management and performance.

Safety & standards

  • Act as a Health & Safety champion, ensuring policies are understood, training is completed, and staff and visitors always feel safe.
  • Deliver consistently high service standards, even on the busiest nights.

What we're looking for 

  • Experience in a high-footfall, customer-facing role within live events, hospitality or entertainment.
  • A track record of managing teams and operations in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong administration skills (rotas, performance management, reporting).
  • Knowledge of event management planning and industry guidelines.
  • Experience dealing with VVIPs and senior executives.
  • A valid Personal Alcohol License.
  • Flexibility to work the unsocial hours that live events demand.

Where: You'll be based at the venue in North Greenwich. You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends at events.
