Join the Ticketing team at The O2, where we're responsible for selling tickets to some of the biggest events in the world. This is your chance to play a key role in delivering unforgettable experiences for millions of fans.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the full ticketing event cycle for your roster of shows – from initial manifest to on-sale, event day requirements, and ticketing settlement.
- Oversee ticket inventory movement between internal venue allocations and external third-party allocations to maintain sell-through targets.
- Monitor ticket sales and maximise revenue opportunities across all inventory.
- Liaise with promoter ticketing teams and event organisers to ensure all ticketing requirements are met.
What we're looking for
- Experience in ticketing within roles such as Account Management, Client Services, Ticketing, or Box Office.
- Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and processes.
- Previous experience working for a venue, ticket agent, or leading concert promoter.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start times and welcome flexible working conversations. We work onsite 4 days a week and remotely 1 day a week. This role will include working some evenings and weekends.
