At indigo at The O2, we host everything from live music and comedy to club nights and private events. From international stars to breakthrough talent, our venue is where unforgettable memories are made.
As our Deputy Front of House Manager, you'll support the FOH Manager in running the show – keeping the venue buzzing behind the scenes and ensuring every visitor, artist and guest has a Best-In-Class experience.
What you'll be doing
Supporting the operation
- Support the day-to-day Front of House experience – across all bars, the VIP Lounge, cloakroom and merchandise.
- Step up to oversee areas of the venue during busy nights, making sure the visitor journey runs smoothly from arrival to exit.
Support with Bars, stock & finance
- Help manage stock and controls across all bars – from purchasing through to sale – including stocktakes, line checks and transfers.
- Support financial performance across bars, cloakroom and merchandise, working closely with the FOH Manager and Regional General Manager to forecast and hit targets.
People & culture
- Recruit, onboard and develop FOH staff – creating a collaborative and inclusive culture where everyone feels supported.
- Organise quarterly training sessions that are engaging, informative and keep the team up to date on Health & Safety and compliance.
- Handle day-to-day administration including rotas, absence management and performance tracking.
What we're looking for
- Experience in a high-footfall, customer-facing role within live events or hospitality.
- Strong team management and administration skills (rotas, reporting, performance).
- Confidence working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience engaging with VVIPs and senior executives.
- A valid Personal Alcohol License.
- Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.

Where: You'll be based at the venue in North Greenwich. You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends at events.
