As a Contact Centre Supervisor you will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class service to our guests while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Contact Centre. Whilst supervising the Contact Centre team, you will demonstrate the four Experience Principles in everything that you do; Make it Seamless, Make Every Moment Count, Bring the Energy, Beat Every Expectation.
