  • Ensure stock is accessible, rotated correctly, and safely stored

  • Keep bars stocked throughout service to support smooth operations
  • Assist bartenders during busy periods to maintain service flow

  • Receive, check, and store deliveries accurately
  • Maintain precise stock records in line with ARC procedures
  • Support stocktakes and monitor movement to minimise waste

Technical Cellar Duties

  • Change kegs, post-mix, and gas safely
  • Carry out beer‑line cleaning and routine equipment maintenance
  • Monitor draught systems and cellar equipment, reporting any issues promptly
  • Help ensure consistent product quality across all bars

Process Improvement

  • Suggest ways to improve efficiency and service performance

What We're Looking For

  • Previous cellar or bar experience, ideally in a venue or live events setting
  • Good understanding of draught systems, stock rotation, and beverage storage
  • Experience handling deliveries and keeping accurate stock records
  • Ability to work independently during busy event operations
  • Basic IT skills, including Excel and Outlook
  • Physically able to lift and move 16–25 kg safely
