AXS are hiring for a Bilingual Senior Advisor - Swedish Speaking
The Bilingual Senior Customer Advisor plays a key role in ensuring the overall quality of customer interactions in the contact centre environment. This role focuses on channel quality management, training and development of other advisors, handling escalated customer enquiries, and providing general day-to-day support to the contact centre team.
They must have the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers both written and verbally in English and in Swedish
